Kate Welsh

Kate Welsh is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in editorial and content strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation, Kate previously held positions including Associate Publisher at Travelzoo, Content Editor at THINX, and Associate Editor at Time Inc.'s Extra Crispy. A graduate of Barnard College with a BA in English and a Religion minor, as well as a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry from Warren Wilson College, Kate has a strong foundation in writing, editing, and digital content creation, evidenced by a career that spans various roles in leading organizations.
