Marina Leleko has extensive work experience in various roles related to learning and development, talent management, and leadership coaching. Marina started their career as a Volunteer Community Translator/Interpreter for healthcare and police services, providing translation services for Russian and Ukrainian communities in the UK.

Marina then worked at DHL as a Graduate Leadership Programme participant, where they gained experience in talent acquisition and talent management projects coordination. Marina later became the Entry Level Talent Programmes Manager at DHL, responsible for managing entry-level talent programs.

Moving on to Tesco PLC, Marina served as the Resourcing & Talent Manager for entry-level programs, focusing on enhancing recruitment and engagement activities with external providers to attract top talent.

After Tesco, Marina joined Air Products as a Talent Partner for the EMEA region, overseeing the career development and management of early-career talent pools. Marina also had additional responsibilities for diversity and inclusion and talent management projects.

Marina then worked at Courageous Coaching as a Positive Psychology and Leadership Coach, helping clients rediscover their strengths and improve personal effectiveness during significant moments in their careers and lives.

Currently, Marina is working at John Sisk & Son Ltd as the Head of Learning | Leadership | Inclusion. In this role, they are responsible for setting and overseeing the company's learning and development, leadership capability and development, and equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB) agendas across the group. Marina also leads the people leadership development program for front line, middle, and senior leaders.

Marina Leleko holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. Marina also completed the John Sisk and Son Elevate Programme in Leadership and Management Development from 2017 to 2018. Marina completed the Management Fundamentals Programme at Air Products University from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they participated in the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership II programme. Marina obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ukrainian and East European Studies with a translation major from UCL in 2009. Marina completed their A Levels in Maths, Psychology, Business Studies, and Russian Language at Valentines High School from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Marina has obtained various certifications such as Insights Discovery Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Accredited Coach at Practitioner level from EMCC Global, Practitioner in 360 feedback from Envisia Learning, MBTI Step II Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company, and Practitioner in Psychometric assessments Level A and B (SHL) from CEB, now Gartner. Marina is also an Associate Member of EMCC UK.
