Wayne Hedley

Wayne Hedley has extensive experience in operations and production management, having held key roles at various organizations. Since June 2019, Wayne has been with John Smedley Ltd, progressing from Production Manager to Operations Manager and currently serving as Head Of Operations. Previously, from March 2006 to June 2019, Wayne worked at Rompa in roles including Production Manager and Deputy Production Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Process Leader at Greencore from December 2004 to March 2006.
