Ishtiaq Mannan

Ishtiaq Mannan currently serves as the Deputy Project Director for the Momentum Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR) project at JSI R&T Inc., a role held since July 2022. Prior to this position, Ishtiaq Mannan accumulated extensive experience at Save the Children International from May 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Country Director, Deputy Country Director, and Director of Health, Nutrition & HIV/AIDS. Additional past roles encompass Chief of Party for MCHIP at Save the Children US, NIH Fogarty Post Doctoral Fellow and Program Management Specialist at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Program Officer at Partners in Population and Development. Ishtiaq Mannan's earlier career includes positions at the United Nations Population Fund and Concerned Women For Family Development, along with research roles at BIRPERHT. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of London and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Economics from the University of Dhaka, and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Dhaka Medical College.
