Jennifer Flannagan

Jennifer Flannagan is a seasoned professional in health services, currently serving as a Senior Consultant in the Health Services Division at JSI since January 2024. Previously held roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Health Systems Integration and Health Care Access at NASTAD from February 2017 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes working as a Health Educator at Virginia Commonwealth University, where responsibilities involved coordinating HIV education and prevention training. Jennifer also worked for the Virginia Department of Health for over a decade in various roles, including ADAP Operations Specialist and HIV Prevention Community Planner, providing oversight and technical assistance for health programs.
