Clay Harrel

Clay Harrel has over 25 years of experience in procurement and purchasing roles within the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Purchasing at John Soules Foods since February 2009, Clay has held progressive positions including Sr. Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Manager. Prior to this, Clay worked at Pilgrim's Pride as a Procurement Manager from November 1998 until February 2009 and also held the position of Purchasing Manager in the Poultry Division of ConAgra Foods from 2000 to 2003.
