John Cross

John Cross is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in estimating and management roles. Currently serving as the Chief Estimator at John W. Danforth Company since November 2024, John previously held various positions at VHV Company, including Sales and Marketing Manager, Estimating Manager, and Senior Mechanical Estimator from June 2018 to November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Estimator at PC Construction Company from April 2011 to May 2018 and Lead Estimator at Armistead Mechanical, Inc. from 2000 to 2011. John began the career as an Estimator at Mechanical Construction, Inc. from 1998 to 2000. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Utica University, earned between 1995 and 1998.
