Jamie West is a seasoned education leader with extensive experience in literacy resource development and curriculum innovation. As the CEO and Founder of Johnnie Max since January 2020, Jamie has created a recognized PreK–K literacy resource, earning the CODiE Award for Best PreK/Early Childhood Learning Solution. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Product Development at MPS North America, where responsibility encompassed PreK-12 products across various subjects, and Editorial Director at multiple educational publishing companies, including Brookes Publishing and McGraw-Hill Education. Jamie co-founded the Bilingual Programs Department at Savvas Learning Company and has a strong academic foundation with degrees in Secondary Teaching, French, English, and Sociology from renowned Texas institutions.
