Craig Blum is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food industry. As the Chief Enthusiast and Founder of Johnny Doughnuts since April 2010, Craig has created a brand that emphasizes the joy and artistry of doughnuts, drawing inspiration from seasonal ingredients and doughnut history. Prior to this venture, Craig founded John Dough Company, which specialized in all-natural hand-crafted pizza crusts, supplying national food service clients and retail markets from 1997 to 2003. Earlier in the career, Craig owned Cafe Fresh from September 1990 to June 1995. Craig Blum's educational background includes attendance at UCLA.
