Amanda Neikam has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Amanda served as the Director of Operations for Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) and was responsible for overseeing various operations, including access to care, security, transportation, and customer care. Amanda also worked as a Clinical Administrator III and led special projects and the procurement of materials for primary care expansion. Prior to that, they were a Senior Director/Administrator of Supply Chain Management at JHAH. Amanda also worked as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland University College and Colorado State University, where they provided subject matter expertise in health care administration. Amanda has held leadership positions at University of Maryland Capital Region Health, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Johns Hopkins Hospital, where they gained experience in managing budgets, coordinating operations, and improving efficiency. Amanda also worked at Cardinal Health and MedStar Health, where they specialized in supply chain management and supporting strategic alliances.
Amanda Neikam pursued their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained a Doctorate of Management in 2017, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2006 to 2008, a Masters Health Administration from 2005 to 2007, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, Amanda has obtained various certifications, including being a Baldridge Examiner from the National Institute of Standards and Technology, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and holding certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Supply Management, and Resource and Materials Management.
