Gitu M. has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily with Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH). They started in 2010 as a Vendor Liaison with Johns Hopkins Healthcare LLC before transitioning to the role of Project Manager at Johns Hopkins HealthCare in 2012. In 2013, they joined Johns Hopkins Healthcare LLC as a Program Consultant until 2014 when they moved to Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. At Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, they held the position of Director Provider Relations until 2020, when they became the Senior Administrator of the Office of the Chief of Staff. Finally, in 2022, they were promoted to the role of Director of Medical Affairs at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH).

Gitu M. completed a Mini-MBA in Healthcare Management at Rutgers University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, Gitu M. earned an MS degree in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore.
