Saad Alshahrani Msc

Saad AlShahrani MSc, C.ERM, currently serves as the Network Patient Experience Lead at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) since April 2022, focusing on improving patient satisfaction and engagement within healthcare settings. Previously, Saad has held roles including Senior Population Health Management Advisor, Strategy & Enterprise Risk Manager Champion, and Project Manager with the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia. Additional experience includes serving as a Lecturer at Saudi Electronic University and various leadership positions at King Salman Institute for Studies and Consulting Services and CalvertHealth. Saad holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Marymount University and a degree in Community Health from King Saud University.
