Joseph Fletcher has been working in the technology industry since 1995. Joseph began their career as a Business Analyst at AON, where they were the Financial Track Lead for a global insurance broker and human resource consulting corporation, implementing Oracle. In 1997, they moved to Bearingpoint, where they were the Technical Track Lead for a major Oracle Applications extension design and build for a large Federal Agency. Joseph was responsible for supervising a staff of developers to design, build, and deploy customizations and application interfaces, as well as the design and build of Data Mart interfaces. In 2003, they joined Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union as the Chief Information Officer, where they were responsible for collaborating with executive management team formulating technology objectives while providing the expertise necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of the credit union utilizing technology. In addition, they were the Vice President of IT for a $465 million dollar financial institution, where they were responsible for all aspects of technology including network security, help desk management, project management, and regulatory compliance. Joseph also negotiated and implemented a redundant ISP agreement to insure consistent connection time.

Joseph Fletcher obtained a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland between 1996 and 2000. Joseph then went on to obtain an MBA with a concentration in MIS from the same university between 1986 and 1990. In 2021, they completed the CUES CEO Institute - Strategic Leadership Development program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In 2019, they completed the CUES CEO Institute - Organizational Effectiveness program at the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
