Keith C. O'Neil Jr., SHRM-SCP has a long history of working in the credit union industry. Keith C. began their career in 2006 as the Vice President of Information Systems at Tower Federal Credit Union. In this role, they were responsible for strategic IT planning and demonstrated the ability to facilitate alignment of technology with business objectives. In 2011, they moved to APGFCU as the Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2016, they joined UVA Community Credit Union as the Chief Operating Officer, where they had responsibility for strategic planning, member growth/service, consumer lending, technology, marketing, human resources, community relations, and administration. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed President/CEO of Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union.
Keith C. O'Neil Jr. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY. Keith C. then went on to pursue their MBA from the University of Phoenix. Theireducational journey began at Skidmore College, where they studied Economics. In July 2021, they earned their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
