Beth Coyne

Beth Coyne currently serves as the Head of School at the Academy of Our Lady of Mercy - Lauralton Hall since July 2023. In addition, Beth operates as a Mentor for International Teaching and Global Leadership at The Johns Hopkins University, a role held since October 2021. Prior to these positions, Beth accumulated over two decades of experience at The Country School, serving as both Assistant Head of School and Director of Student Services from September 2002 to July 2023. Beth holds a Master of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Southern Connecticut State University, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Rhode Island, and a Master of Library & Information Science focusing on School Librarian/School Library Media Specialist from Southern Connecticut State University.
