Charles Norman III

Charles Norman III serves as the Director of Leadership, Engagement, & Experiential Development at The Johns Hopkins University from February 2023 to July 2025, with prior roles including Acting Director and Associate Director within the same department, focusing on student affairs and program management. Before this, Charles held the position of Coordinator of Student Programs at Penn State Abington and worked at PNC as a Branch Sales and Service Representative. Charles also served as the President of the Student Activities Council at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Leadership for Organizations from the University of Dayton and a Master of Science in Intercollegiate Athletics and Administration from PennWest California.
