Charles Norman III

Charles Norman III, Ed.D, currently serves as the Director of Leadership, Engagement, & Experiential Development at The Johns Hopkins University, a position held since August 2021, following roles as Acting, Associate, and Assistant Director in the same department. Prior to this, Charles served as the Coordinator of Student Programs at Penn State Abington from August 2018 to August 2021 and gained experience as a Branch Sales and Service Representative at PNC in 2017. Leadership skills were developed early on as President of the Student Activities Council at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford from April 2016 to April 2017. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Leadership for Organizations from the University of Dayton, a Master of Science in Intercollegiate Athletics and Administration from PennWest California, and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Recreation Management from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
