June Watkins

June Watkins is an experienced construction project manager with a robust background in leading interdisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects. Currently serving as a Senior Design & Construction Project Manager at The Johns Hopkins University since April 2023, June previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at James G. Davis Construction from June 2011 to April 2023, where responsibilities included project budget and scope development, safety compliance, and contractor management for residential and senior living projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager at The Matthews Group and Pre-Construction Manager at Picerne Military Housing, overseeing estimators and coordinating vendor pricing. June began a career in construction as a Superintendent at Quality Construction, evolving from administrative roles to project management. June holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Building Construction from Virginia Tech, earned between 1999 and 2003.
