Khalid Ayyubov

Khalid Ayyubov, M.ED., M.S. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in instructional roles and leadership positions. Currently serving as the Chief Information and Technology Officer and Director of Information Technology at Delaware County Intermediate Unit since June 2019, Khalid has also been an Online Computer Science Instructor at The Johns Hopkins University since February 2018. Additional teaching roles include online adjunct positions at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes, Valley College, and Grand Canyon University. Khalid has previously held IT management positions, notably at The Faulkner Organization and Julius Silvert, Inc., focusing on strategic direction and efficiency improvement in IT operations. Khalid holds a Doctor of Information Technology from Walden University, alongside master's degrees in Adult Education and Training and Information Systems, as well as a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from DeVry University.
