Kimberly Meadowcroft

Kimberly Meadowcroft has been a key leader at The Johns Hopkins University since May 1994, currently serving as the Sightline HR Program Director, where Kimberly spearheads a significant multi-year initiative to enhance HR, Finance, and Supply Chain processes across the institution. Previously, Kimberly held roles including Deputy to the Vice President for Human Resources, where strategic HR initiatives were developed, and Human Resources Manager at the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, managing diverse HR functions. In addition, Kimberly has experience directing employee and labor relations and managing workforce transitions on complex projects like HopkinsOne. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Maryland.
