Laura Schindler

Laura Schindler, PhD, is a Senior Student Success Analyst at The Johns Hopkins University since November 2023 and has been a Teaching Faculty member at Walden University since 2018. Previous experience includes roles such as Instructional Designer at Capital Blue Cross and Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, and Learning and Development Consultant from 2010 to 2022. Laura has served as Teaching Faculty at the University of Liverpool and held leadership positions, including Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Product Training and Development at Laureate International Universities and Laureate Education, Inc., respectively. Laura's career began as an Admissions Manager and Specialist at Walden University and as a Teacher Assistant at the Arrow Project. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Psychology, a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, supplemented by an Instructional Design Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
