Michelle Zwernemann

Michelle Zwernemann is an accomplished academic and industry leader in biomedical engineering, currently serving as Associate Professor of the Practice and Director of the BME Undergraduate Design Team Program at The Johns Hopkins University. Her teaching focuses on engineering design and medical device product development, while mentoring student teams in addressing real-world clinical challenges. Zwernemann's professional experience includes various leadership roles at Sonavex, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and operations. Prior positions at The Johns Hopkins University and Infinite Biomedical Technologies further demonstrate a strong background in product development and innovation for medical devices.
