Russell Poetker

Russell Poetker is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at The Johns Hopkins University since May 2023, Russell has previously held positions as a Senior Software Developer at Dotsub and the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, as well as a Principal Software Engineer at Nielsen Audio. Russell's earlier career includes significant roles at ICCI, Lockheed Martin, and Corvis Corporation, demonstrating a strong technical foundation and leadership in software projects. Russell holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
