Xinghong Hua

Xinghong Hua is an accomplished private investor with diverse experience across multiple sectors, currently involved with Solidia Technologies® and Phase Change Solutions, Inc. as a private investor, and serving as an angel investor at Shift4 Payments Inc. and Via. Hua holds the position of Chairman at Moneta VC's Moneta Seeds, focusing on early-stage data science ventures, particularly in Fintech, Insuretech, AI, and Financial-Cyber. Additionally, Hua has significant leadership roles in academic and advisory settings, including President of the China Alumni Association at The Johns Hopkins University and a member of the advisory board at the Carnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy. Past experience includes serving as Managing Director for Lone Star Funds in China. Xinghong Hua's educational background includes a Master's degree from The Johns Hopkins University and degrees from Peking University, along with a diploma from The Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center.
