Yolanda Fraction

Yolanda Fraction is an experienced professional in organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Organization Development Consultant at The Johns Hopkins University since November 2023, focusing on organizational design and change management. As the host of the Teamwork Sandbox Podcast since April 2020, Yolanda continues to engage audiences with insights on team and organizational performance, building on the success of previous work. Yolanda has a diverse background in education as an adjunct instructor at Anne Arundel Community College and has held various consulting roles, including Management Consultant at Slalom and Director of Learning and Development at the Congressional Hunger Center. With a strong foundation in leadership development, Yolanda founded Kee to Talent Development and has experience in teaching and curriculum design within different educational frameworks. Currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Yolanda's educational background includes a Master's in Adult and Organizational Learning, a Certificate in International Development, and a Bachelor's in Integrative Studies.
