Gina Kraper is a dedicated baking and pastry professional currently employed at John's Island Club since July 2022, where responsibilities include crafting a variety of baked goods for four restaurants in a "from scratch" bakery. Additionally, Gina is a student at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts since July 2021 and previously attended Keiser University for Culinary Arts.
