Jon Delgardio

Jon Delgardio has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jon started their career with Florida State University as a Laboratory Assistant, conducting experiments and assisting in the design of new techniques in molecular biology. Jon later transitioned to a role as a Scientific Research Specialist, where they maintained multiple state and federally funded projects and assisted in grant proposals.

After their time at Florida State University, Jon worked at Georgia Institute of Technology as a Laboratory Coordinator, overseeing financial and administrative activities and serving as a liaison to various managers. Jon also served as an Administrative Professional Senior, managing budgets and coordinating payroll and HR-related functions.

Jon then joined WAKA Kickball & Social Sports, where they worked as a Training Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and presenting training for staff, creating training documents, and managing online course materials.

Following their tenure at WAKA Kickball & Social Sports, Jon worked at Covendis as an Account Services Manager. In this position, they oversaw day-to-day operations, managed employees supporting multiple clients, and ensured top-tier customer service. Jon also managed company policies, procedures, and operating processes.

Most recently, Jon has been working at Johnson Battery Company, starting as an Owning Experience Engineer and later moving up to the role of Regional Manager in Georgia. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Regional Markets.
