Ai Lin Tay

Ai Lin Tay has over 18 years of work experience in compliance and internal audit roles. Ai Lin is currently serving as the Global Compliance Director at Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Controls as the Director of Enterprise Enablement and APAC Global Compliance Risk Monitoring Leader from September 2018 to September 2019. Ai Lin also held the position of Senior Compliance Manager at Johnson Controls from 2011 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Regional Internal Audit Manager at FARO Technologies from 2007 to 2011 and as a Lead Internal Auditor at EY from 2004 to 2007. Ai Lin began their career as an Internal Auditor at LIM & TAN SECURITIES from 2001 to 2004.

Ai Lin Tay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham. Ai Lin also has additional certifications including being a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (AACA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors, and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
