Scott Lanzer

Scott Lanzer is an experienced sales and digital services professional currently serving as a Sr. Sales Manager at Johnson Controls – Hitachi Air Conditioning since February 2021, focusing on driving growth in variable speed compressor technologies. Simultaneously, Scott is the Director of Digital Services at The SMS Group, contributing to the advancement of digital initiatives. Prior to these roles, Scott spent over 26 years at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, ascending through various positions including Director of Digital Product Services, where management of multicultural software development teams was a key responsibility. Scott’s foundation in the HVACR industry began as an HVACR Service Technician at A-AIR Company and has been complemented by an Associate's degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology from Triangle Tech, as well as a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Community College of Allegheny County.
