Alexandre Silva

Alexandre Silva is an experienced product manager with a robust background in the full product lifecycle across various engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Johnson Controls since July 2025, Alexandre previously held the position of Senior Product Manager at Powin, overseeing energy storage solutions and collaborating cross-functionally. Prior roles at Johnson Controls included managing the water-cooled magnetic-bearing centrifugal chiller product line, while earlier experience at Rockwell Automation encompassed product marketing, quality engineering, and internal auditing roles. Alexandre began a career in mechanical engineering with a degree from PUC Minas and further education at Madison Area Technical College and CIC.
