Amy Gallaway

Amy Gallaway has extensive experience in program management and customer advocacy, primarily within Johnson Controls from 2014 to 2020. In the role of Ops Program Manager, Amy managed HVAC Service Operations programs, leveraging functional knowledge of HVAC Field Service software. Previous positions included Shared Service Center Coordinator for Contract Accounting, where responsibilities included transaction processing using Oracle and Siebel CRM, and User Support Associate Analyst, providing technical support for various CRM systems. Amy held leadership roles such as Communications Officer for the Women's Resource Network, promoting diversity and inclusion.
