Andy Smyth

Andy Smyth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various engineering disciplines. Currently serving as Director of Program Management at Johnson Controls, Andy leads a talented PMO team responsible for all NPI Programs within the ACVS Global Products business. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at Johnson Controls, where successful delivery and launch of key NPIs were achieved. During tenure at Terex Corporation, Andy managed external projects for Terex Washing Systems, acting as a liaison between customers and dealers. At Hyster-Yale Group, contributions spanned from New Product Introduction Superintendent to Manufacturing Engineer, overseeing numerous high-profile projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Andy holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with honors in Mechanical Engineering and has additional qualifications in Entrepreneurial Studies and Operations Management.
