Ann de Schuyter

Ann De Schuyter has over two decades of experience in operations and project management, primarily with Johnson Controls since 2003. Currently serving as Operations Lead Data & Analytics CoE, Ann has held multiple senior roles focusing on service delivery and analytics, including Global Operations Manager Analytics & Marketing and Global BBP-CI IT Service Delivery Manager. Notable projects include global communication solutions, employee rewards systems, and various data-driven initiatives. Before joining Johnson Controls, Ann worked at Euroclear and held various positions in project leadership, system engineering, and IT marketing. Ann's educational background includes a graduate degree in Industrial Automation and Marketing, complemented by foundational studies at the University of Antwerp. Hobbies include travel, gardening, photography, and drawing.
