Benjamin Heilman

Benjamin Heilman is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief M&A Counsel at Johnson Controls since 2014, Benjamin previously held the role of Legal Director - Corporate Development at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at OfficeMax and working as a Corporate Associate at prestigious law firms such as Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and Ice Miller. Benjamin obtained a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law at Illinois Institute of Technology and holds a B.S. in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
