Brian McFaul

Brian McFaul is a seasoned professional in corporate development and investment banking with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Corporate Development at Johnson Controls since September 2025, Brian previously held the position of Vice President at Lincoln International, where responsibilities included roles as an Investment Banking Associate and Analyst from January 2018 to February 2024. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Park Sutton Advisors, LLC, after which Brian interned in various roles, including Purchasing Analyst Intern at etailz, Inc., and Procurement Agent Intern at The Boeing Company. An early career started with experience as an Equity Research Intern at Signia Capital Management and various positions such as Laborer and Maintenance at Hardy Home Repair and Holy Rosary School. Brian earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University in 2016.
