Don Goodreau has extensive experience in leadership roles within the IT and contact center domains. Currently serving in a contact center position at Johnson Controls since July 2025, Don previously held the role of Director at The Hartford from November 2019 to July 2025. Prior to that, Don was a Senior Director of IT at Travelers from March 2004 to July 2025 and gained foundational experience as a Project Manager at MassMutual between 1995 and 2004. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Business, and Real Estate Law from Bentley University, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
