Erin Siemandel

Erin Siemandel, MBA, currently serves as Executive Director of Program Management Global Services at Johnson Controls since June 2022. Previously, Erin spent nearly 14 years at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, advancing through various roles including Manager of Program Management, where oversight of program managers and product development methodologies occurred, as well as serving as Program Manager for the company's first electric motorcycle. Other notable positions at Harley-Davidson included Project Manager in Sales Operations and Dealer Services Process Lead. Erin's earlier experience includes serving as an Account Coordinator at GMR Marketing and interning in media marketing and business planning. Erin holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
