Isa Alp has extensive experience in technical sales support and training within the fire protection and building products industry. From January 2016 to April 2021, Isa served as Director of Global Technical Sales Support & Training at Johnson Controls, after holding key positions at Tyco Fire Products, including Director of Technical Services & Training for both EMEA and APAC regions. Responsibilities included leading teams, managing services and cost, and developing training programs, all while ensuring high levels of customer support. Earlier roles included Manager of Inside Sales EMEA and Product Manager for Fire Protection EMEA. Isa holds a Bachelor's degree from Saxion University and has completed courses in Genuine Leadership and Organizational Leadership.
