Jake Spice

Jake Spice has over 20 years of experience in management roles across various companies, with a strong focus on service and operations within the elevator and security industries. Currently serving as Branch Service Manager and previously as Security Service and Installation Manager at Johnson Controls since April 2021, Jake has held several management positions including Operations Manager and Service Superintendent at KONE Corporation, Service Operations Manager and Project Manager Construction at Schindler Elevator Corporation (Canada), and General Manager at Securit. Early career experience includes roles as Service Manager, Plant Manager, and Management Trainee at Cintas. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Western University, complemented by early education at Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
