Javier Avila

Javier Avila is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors since November 2017, where responsibilities include the development and growth of the Mexico Technical Center. Prior roles at Johnson Controls, spanning from 2007 to the present, include Director of Product Management for Door Panels and Director of Engineering Operations for PROACT, focusing on product development, market strategy, and engineering support functions. Javier holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
