Jeff Simerl is currently a Regional Engineering Manager at Johnson Controls, where they manage a team of Project Development Engineers for Performance Contracting in the East Central Region. They lead the Project Development Team to optimize utilization and ensure performance across the assigned geography. Jeff has been with Johnson Controls since 1991 and previously worked as an HVAC Service Tech at Central Ohio Comfort from 1988 to 1992. They hold a BS in HVAC Engineering/Energy Conservation from Ferris State University and an AS in HVAC Service/Design from Columbus State Community College. Jeff also has several professional certifications, including LEED AP and C.E.M.
