Previously, Jennifer held various leadership roles at Tyco International, including Director of Learning and Performance, responsible for enterprise learning strategies, and Director of Learning Programs, overseeing a substantial training budget. Jennifer's early career included positions as a Senior Project Manager at ActiveEducation, where project management for Fortune 500 companies was a key duty, and as an Instructional Designer at Intellinex, creating web-based courses. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Information and Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in French and English from Colorado State University.
