Justin Terry

Justin Terry, MBA, is a seasoned operations and program management professional with extensive experience in the security and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Johnson Controls since December 2017, Justin oversees a team of 11 internal employees and 4 subcontractors on a range of government and commercial contracts. Prior to this, Justin held managerial roles at Tyco Integrated Security and Status Solutions, where responsibilities included project management, development team leadership, and installation oversight. Justin's foundational experience stems from a military background with the US Navy, where roles included Electronics Technician and Maintenance Supervisor. Academically, Justin holds an MBA in Government Acquisitions and a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, alongside an Associate's degree in Electrical and Mechanical Technologies.
