Larry Kouma has extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as the VP of Applied Engineering and Order Management at Johnson Controls since August 2005. Prior experience includes roles at York International, where Kouma held various positions in product marketing and management, starting from product marketing engineer to product marketing manager. Educationally, Kouma holds an MBA in Finance from Houston Christian University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
