Libor's leadership spans across Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and other Eastern European countries, following the company's integration into RESIDEO in November 2018. Previously, Libor was the Managing Director at ELSINCO GLOBAL from January 1996 to November 2006, focusing on the distribution of test and measurement equipment in Central Eastern Europe. Libor holds an engineering degree from Brno University of Technology, earned from 1990 to 1995.
