Maribeli Ayala

Maribeli Ayala, MBA, is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Alverno College. They have held various strategic roles, including Senior Director of Global Commercial Operations at Johnson Controls and Director of Marketing Strategy and Operations. Previously, Maribeli worked with companies such as Harley-Davidson Motor Company and Northwestern Mutual, where they focused on multicultural marketing and consumer insights. Maribeli earned their MBA in Marketing from Cardinal Stritch University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Marquette University.
