Matthew Kelley

Matthew Kelley is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in technical application support, project management, and retail experience. Notable positions include serving as a Senior Application Engineer at Johnson Controls, where Matthew provided support for Applied DX products, developed new product capabilities, and delivered technical training. Previous roles include Engineering Internships at Covanta, where responsibilities included assisting with a major pipe replacement project, designing structural foundations, and developing energy solutions, as well as at Herley Industries, where Matthew utilized AutoCAD to enhance production efficiency. Matthew also gained retail experience as a team member at Rutter’s Farm Stores. Matthew holds a degree from Penn State University, completed in 2014.
