Michael Christensen

Michael Christensen serves as the Head of Order Engineering at Johnson Controls, overseeing contract engineering activities and R&D initiatives for Sabroe brand products. Prior to this role, Michael held various leadership positions at Vestas, including Director of Operational Readiness, where responsibilities included ensuring the operational readiness of new products and managing design maintenance. Michael's extensive experience also encompasses roles in product function engineering, noise compliance, and transport tools, coupled with technical development in turbine systems. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a Formula 1 Design Engineer at TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Europe and fulfilled military service as a Sergeant. Michael holds a Master's degree in the Design of Mechanical Systems from Aalborg University and has a background in military tactics and technical education.
