Hülya Çiçek Kaymaz

Hülya Çiçek Kaymaz has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Hülya started their career as an Intern at MERCEDES-BENZ Turk A.Ş in 2010, followed by an internship at MAN Truck & Bus. Hülya then joined TUHH as a Student Research Assistant in 2012.

In 2013, Hülya joined Airbus as a Working Student at Aerostructure Procurement and later became an Aerostructure Procurement Manager / Buyer. Hülya worked at Airbus until 2016.

In 2017, Hülya joined MAN Truck & Bus SE as a Purchaser for Bus-Electrics&Electronics. Hülya then moved up to become the Simultaneous Engineering Team Leader and later served as the Project Coordinator and Assistant to the Senior Vice President Head of Bus Engineering. Currently, they are working as the Head of Engineering - Tender and Order Center of Competence at MAN Truck & Bus SE.

Hülya Çiçek Kaymaz has a Master's degree in International Production Management from TU Hamburg-Harburg, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2018.
