Mike Schade serves as the Head of Human Resources, Enterprise Functions at Johnson Controls, where they are focused on driving people strategies to create the workforce of the future. Since 2019, they have held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Johnson Controls, leading HR efforts for North America, Global Digital, and IT. Mike is also a member of the Board of Directors for Career Education Colleges and Universities and a board member at Viator House of Hospitality. Previously, they held several leadership roles in HR at IBM, culminating in serving as VP of HR for Global Business Services North America. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and completed the Johnson Controls XLP Executive Leadership Program at Wharton Executive Education.
