Pawel Bednarski

Pawel Bednarski, MBA, currently serves as Regional Sales Director and Head of Install Sales for HVAC-R in Central and Eastern Europe at Johnson Controls since June 2020. Previously, Pawel held roles as Regional Applied Indirect Sales Leader and Regional Sales Leader in various European regions. Prior to Johnson Controls, Pawel worked at OMI Italy SRL as Area Manager for Poland and the Baltics and at Ingersoll Rand from February 2006 to March 2020 in multiple business development roles. Additionally, Pawel served as an Academic Teacher at Krakowska Akademia, focusing on accounting subjects. Pawel's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Economics and two Master's Degrees in Economics, with specializations in Finance and Banking from Stockholm University and Krakow University of Economics, respectively.
